This role is ideal for someone with a Banking or Financial Services background who can confidently manage multiple workstreams, support complex change initiatives, and provide strong governance, financial management, and portfolio reporting capabilities.
Key Requirements
- Banking & Financial Services experience
- Strong PMO and portfolio governance experience within large-scale transformation programs
- Financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting expertise
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to synthesise complex information and provide actionable insights
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and Mural skills
- Proven experience improving financial processes, forecasting, reconciliations, and reporting
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Project Accounting experience
- Experience working across multiple fast-moving priorities
- Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation programs
