The client is seeking an experienced professional for a contract role focused on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. This is an initial contract opportunity commencing as soon as possible and continuing until 30 Jan, with the potential for a further extension. Work location(s) and working arrangements have not been provided.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Maintain payroll systems and processes, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Process and test pay-related transactions and scenarios in TechOne and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Employee Central Time modules.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to support pay-related integration and data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide payroll support and governance.
- Assist with testing, pay cycle processing and process improvements.
To be successful in this role you are required to have the following;
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Experience processing and testing pay-related transactions and scenarios.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and supporting payroll operations.
- Strong attention to data accuracy and payroll processes.
It is desirable if you have:
- Experience managing terminations.
- Experience with redundancy processes.
- Experience with Long Service Leave.
