We are seeking an experienced Organisational Design Advisor to support a large-scale workforce transformation initiative associated with a major HR systems and business transformation program.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong experience in organisational design, workforce planning, HR transformation, and operating model development who enjoys hands-on delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Working within a small project team, you will play a key role in assessing current workforce and HR service delivery arrangements and designing future-state operating models aligned to organisational objectives.
Required Experience
- Organisational design and organisation restructuring
- Workforce planning and workforce management
- HR transformation programs
- Operating model design and optimisation
- Service delivery model design
- Business process analysis and gap analysis and documentation
- Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Experience working within government or large enterprise environments.
- Exposure to HR technology or HRIS transformation programs.
