- Provide first and second-line support for the Cisco Meraki platform including monitoring the Meraki Dashboard, responding to alerts, and resolving or escalating faults.
- Support the Cisco Meraki MV CCTV platform, including monitoring camera health and connectivity, assisting with camera installation and relocation.
- Assist with Meraki configuration changes, device onboarding, and site rollouts using approved templates and standard build procedures.
- Perform routine Cisco voice and collaboration administration, including user and phone moves, adds, and changes, and call routing and user provisioning in Webex Calling.
- Investigate and troubleshoot voice, network, and wireless issues using the Meraki Dashboard, RTMT, and packet capture analysis, and escalate complex issues with clear supporting information.
- Support switching and wireless infrastructure as part of BAU operations within the Core Network environment.
- 1-3 years' experience in a network or IT infrastructure support role
- Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki (MV), including Dashboard navigation, monitoring, and configuration
- Foundational understanding of Cisco Collaboration platforms such as Webex Calling; hands-on user administration experience is an advantage
- Good understanding of core networking concepts: TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing, and switching
- Understanding of VoIP concepts (SIP, RTP, codecs) and voice quality troubleshooting
- Cisco certification such as CCNA is highly desirable; Cisco Meraki certification (or willingness to obtain it) is advantageous
