Our client, a leading Australian banking organisation, is seeking Business Analysts to join a large-scale Financial Crime Transformation Program.
This role is suited to mid-level Business Analysts who are passionate about process improvement, business analysis, and transformation delivery. The focus of the role is on understanding current state processes, documenting requirements, identifying gaps, and supporting the design of future-state processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Develop As-Is and To-Be process maps
- Identify process gaps, risks, controls, and improvement opportunities
- Support end-to-end future-state process design
- Create business requirements, user stories, and process documentation
- Collaborate with business, risk, and technology teams to support solution delivery
- Assist with testing, UAT, and change activities
Skills & Experience
- 3-6 years' experience as a Business Analyst within project or transformation environments
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
- Experience with process mapping, process improvement, and future-state design
- Ability to analyse complex business processes and recommend practical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Financial services experience preferred but not essential
- Financial Crime experience is a bonus but not required
