About the role
We are working in partnership with a large banking client on an opportunity working across the major program of work. Our client is looking for a collaborative team player to join their team as a   Business Analyst.

Skills and Experience
  • Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support the translation of regulatory requirements into business processes and operational solutions.
  • Assist in documenting current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders to support solution design and delivery.
  • Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Support testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, defect management, and business readiness.
  • Prepare business documentation including process maps, user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications.
  • Contribute to change management and implementation activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
Skills & Experience
  • 2–4 years' experience as a Business Analyst within banking, financial services, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements using standard BA methodologies.
  • Understanding of business process mapping (As-Is/To-Be) and process improvement techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies is desirable.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar BA documentation tools is advantageous.
