IT Concierge Support Engineer (Onsite) – Leading Enterprise Organisation
URGENT Initial 8–12-month Contract opportunity (with likelihood to extend)
Open to either a full-time, 5-day work week or a part-time, 3-day work week
Sydney based (100% Onsite)

We are seeking a skilled IT Concierge Support Engineer (Onsite) to deliver exceptional, hands-on IT support, combining strong technical troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft, Mac, and Apple environments with a friendly, professional, and customer-centric approach. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT graduate or early-career support professional who is passionate about technology, enjoys engaging with users face-to-face, and is committed to providing outstanding service and technical guidance.
Due to work rights requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizen.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide friendly, professional, and hands-on IT support to on-site users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and technical issues across Windows and Apple environments.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience through an engaging and approachable support style.
• Assist users with Microsoft, Mac, and Apple technologies.
• Provide guidance, technical advice, and basic IT education to users.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and stay up to date with new technologies.
Key Requirements
• Entry-level position requiring a maximum of 1–4 years of experience in on-site IT support
• Strong customer service skills with an engaging, bubbly and outgoing personality
• Solid technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong support knowledge of Windows, Microsoft, and/or Mac and Apple technologies
• Relevant IT degree or recent graduate.
