🇦🇺 Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide L1/L2 technical support to users
- Support Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive
- Administer and support Azure environments
- Troubleshoot Windows, laptops, desktops and mobile devices
- Support core IT infrastructure, networking and cloud platforms
- Assist with patching, backups, monitoring and IT asset management
- Work with vendors and contribute to infrastructure improvement projects
- Support collaboration and video conferencing technologies
- 3–5 years in IT Support, Infrastructure or Systems Administration
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows experience
- Azure cloud support experience
- Good understanding of enterprise infrastructure and networking
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude and keen to keep learning
- Energy, utilities, critical infrastructure or managed services experience is a bonus.
