We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Officer to support a large-scale, enterprise ICT environment. You'll play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing IAM capabilities that support secure access for a broad user base across a complex digital ecosystem.
The Role
- Deliver and support enterprise IAM services to ensure secure access across systems and applications
- Maintain, enhance, and support IAM platforms and integrations
- Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning and access control
- Configure and manage authentication and authorisation across integrated systems
- Support onboarding of applications into IAM and identity federation platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests
- Support identity data management, reconciliation, and access governance activities
About You You will bring strong hands-on experience in IAM within large, complex environments, with the ability to work across both BAU support and project delivery.
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM/FIM), Active Directory, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of:
- Authentication & authorisation
- Identity lifecycle management
- Access governance
- Experience integrating applications with IAM and federation technologies
(e.g. SSO, SAML, OAuth)
- Experience with Ping Identity Suite (Ping Access, Ping Federate)
- Exposure to federation technologies and security protocols
- Knowledge of identity migration and transition between IAM platforms
- Technical capability across scripting or development languages (e.g. C#, Java, .NET)
