We are seeking a skilled HRIS Data Analyst
with proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors
and advanced Excel
skills. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about data quality, HR reporting, and delivering insights that support informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain HR data in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and quality through cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Analyse HR data and develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel to support business decision-making.
• Support HR systems through maintenance, testing, upgrades, data migration, and continuous improvement initiatives while identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency, document reporting processes and standards, and provide support for HR reporting and data-related queries.
Key Requirements
• 5+ Years experience as Data Analyst within HRIS/HCM project environment
• Solid SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Skilled in data management and data cleaning
• Strong excel knowledge and skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
