We're partnering with a globally recognised technology organisation to recruit an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is an opportunity to become a trusted business partner to Executive and VP-level leaders, working within a global organisation where no two days are the same. You'll play a pivotal role in keeping executives organised, driving operational excellence and supporting the wider leadership team through exceptional coordination, communication and stakeholder management.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing complex executive diaries, coordinating international travel, preparing presentations and reports, managing expenses, organising large-scale team events and supporting a range of business initiatives. You'll also work closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions, ensuring priorities are aligned and executives are able to focus on strategic outcomes.
As AI continues to transform the workplace, you'll be comfortable leveraging AI tools to draft and refine communications, polish presentations, improve documentation and enhance productivity across the team.
What We're Looking For
• Extensive Executive Assistant experience within a global organisation, supporting VP, Director or equivalent senior executives.
• Proven experience managing complex calendars, international travel, expenses and executive administration in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships across senior leadership teams and global business functions.
• Experience coordinating corporate events and team functions for up to 150 attendees, managing logistics from planning through to successful delivery.
• Strong written communication skills with experience preparing presentations, reports and executive communications.
• Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar) to create, enhance and polish business content, presentations and internal communications.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• A proactive, energetic and collaborative approach with the confidence to anticipate needs, solve problems and keep teams on track.
What's on Offer
• Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension.
• Hybrid working arrangement with 3-4 days per week in the office.
• Opportunity to work with a globally recognised technology organisation.
• Fast-paced, collaborative culture where you'll work closely with senior leadership and make a genuine impact.
• A varied role offering exposure to executive support, communications, events and business operations.
