Title: ERP Business Readiness Lead
Contract: 6 months + likely extension
Location: Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)
Required skills and competencies:
- Proven experience in ERP/digital transformation, business process improvement and BPMN 2.0.
- Proficiency with SAP Signavio or equivalent process tools.
- Strong capability in process redesign, documentation, SOPs, user guides and training.
- Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement and business readiness.
- Knowledge of asset management, ISO 55000, asset data governance and lifecycle practices.
- Strong communication, facilitation and technical writing skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical, ERP-enabled operational improvements.
