Required skills and competemcies
- Advanced experience in Power BI, SQL, data modelling, dashboard development, and integrating multiple data sources to deliver meaningful business insights.
- Proven ability to design KPI frameworks, performance reporting, trend analysis, predictive analytics, and maintain strong data quality and governance practices.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex analytics, data integration, technology, or business improvement projects from planning through implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to facilitate workshops, engage business and technical teams, collaborate with vendors, and present insights to senior leaders.
- Experience translating business challenges into practical analytical solutions, delivering measurable outcomes within tight project timeframes.
- Exposure to transport operations, fleet management, telematics (Webfleet), HASTUS workforce scheduling, and experience in public sector or large operational environments is highly regarded.
