Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise data migration and transformation programs.
- Manage multiple delivery streams across business and technology teams.
- Drive agile delivery practices, planning, risk management and governance.
- Oversee data migration, testing, reconciliation and cutover activities.
- Provide clear executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy and enterprise risk controls.
- 10+ years' experience leading large-scale technology and data delivery programs.
- Strong background in enterprise data migration, data warehousing or data platform transformation.
- Experience delivering cloud-based data solutions, with exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including data engineers, solution architects, business analysts and QA resources.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe environments.
- Experience managing stakeholders at Executive Manager and Executive General Manager level.
- Demonstrated success delivering within complex, regulated enterprise environments.
- Financial Services or Insurance industry experience.
- Experience migrating legacy data warehouse platforms such as Teradata, Greenplum, Netezza, Oracle or Hadoop.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud data services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage and Pub/Sub.
- Exposure to DataOps, CI/CD, dbt/Dataform and modern data architectures.
- Experience working with systems integrators and offshore delivery partners.
- Strong program and delivery leadership skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Data-driven decision making and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and complex dependencies.
- Commercial awareness, budgeting and delivery governance experience.
- Passion for continuous improvement and modern delivery practices.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Cloud, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or similar are highly regarded.
