About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organisational change management activities across a multi-year cyber security program—driving adoption, readiness, and sustainable outcomes across both ICT and operationally critical environments.. You will lead end-to-end change activities across multiple cyber initiatives, partnering with the Program Manager, Project Managers, business leaders and SMEs to ensure people impacts are identified, managed and embedded.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering change strategies across the program portfolio
- Building and executing stakeholder engagement plans (including exec-level stakeholders)
- Creating communication plans and translating cyber concepts for non-technical audiences
- Designing training / learning approaches and coordinating delivery
- Leading business readiness activities (impact assessments, readiness checkpoints, change risk assessments)
- Defining and tracking adoption measures and reinforcement plans
- Facilitating workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations
- Reporting on readiness, adoption and change effectiveness
- 10+ years delivering organisational change outcomes in large, complex organisations
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading change within Cyber Security programs
- Strong understanding of cyber security concepts, threats and controls
- Proven ability to influence leaders and guide stakeholders through complex change
- Excellent written/verbal communication and strong facilitation skills
- Experience applying recognised change frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change Management, or similar)
- A recognised Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or equivalent)
- Experience in regulated industries / critical infrastructure environments
- Experience in large-scale program governance and multi-stream delivery
