About the role
We are seeking a mid-level Change Manager to support a major intranet and digital workplace uplift within a complex public sector environment.
In this role you will lead change impact and readiness activities and drive adoption through clear communications, stakeholder engagement and practical training support.
You will work closely with business and delivery teams to ensure new systems, processes and ways of working are successfully embedded through go-live and transition to BAU.
Required skills
- Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change management across digital, systems or process change initiatives
- Strong capability in change impact assessment, readiness planning, and identifying risks/issues with pragmatic mitigation strategies
- Proven delivery of stakeholder engagement and communication activities
- Experience developing and coordinating training plans, learning materials and workshop logistics
- Ability to manage change risks, issues, dependencies and adoption feedback, including post-implementation support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (able to produce clear change artefacts and leadership updates)
- Ability to work independently in a project environment; strong initiative and attention to detail
- Change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/MSP; certification highly regarded)
