About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Capability Officer to support the development, delivery and continuous improvement of project management capability within a large, complex organisation. You’ll help uplift project delivery maturity through learning programs, digital content and strong stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate project capability programs and compliance activities
- Administer L&D initiatives and LMS activities (learners, reporting, content deployment)
- Develop and enhance eLearning and digital learning solutions
- Apply instructional design/adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences
- Build dashboards/reports to track learning outcomes and effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement across capability tools, processes and resources
- LMS admin + learning program coordination
- eLearning design/development (ideally Articulate 360 – Storyline/Rise)
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Reporting/insights (dashboards) and continuous improvement focus
