About Role:
You will lead delivery-focused business analysis activities to ensure the business is ready for go-live and successful adoption of the SAP S/4HANA EAM solution. This includes shaping transition requirements, operational readiness, and hypercare support.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis for  business readiness and transition  activities across the SAP S/4HANA EAM program.
  • Identify impacted processes and define  operational support requirements  to enable smooth go-live adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, delivery teams, and support teams to confirm:
    • Processes and controls are fit-for-purpose
    • Roles/responsibilities are understood
    • Support model and handover requirements are in place
  • Produce high-quality implementation artefacts (e.g.,  business procedures, transition documents, operational handover, hypercare requirements).
  • Support readiness checkpoints, cutover rehearsals, go-live activities, and early-life issue resolution.
Required skills & experience
  • Demonstrated BA experience on  large-scale ERP / SAP S/4HANA  implementations (readiness, deployment, transition to BAU).
  • Strong understanding of  business readiness  activities (stakeholder impacts, process readiness, operational transition, hypercare).
  • Proven ability to produce clear, usable project artefacts (procedures, transition/runbooks, operational handover documentation).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across business and technology teams.
  • Highly regarded:  Experience with  SAP S/4HANA EAM / Asset Management  (or equivalent EAM modules/platforms).
