We're seeking an experienced AI CoE Enablement & Scale Lead to help drive the growth and adoption of AI across a large enterprise environment. This role will focus on scaling AI capabilities, establishing best-practice frameworks, and partnering with business leaders to identify and deliver high-value AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI adoption and engagement across business and technology teams.
- Facilitate workshops to identify, assess, and prioritise AI use cases.
- Develop and implement AI enablement, change, and adoption strategies.
- Establish and improve AI Centre of Excellence processes, governance, and operating models.
- Create reusable frameworks, playbooks, and best-practice resources.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide trusted guidance.
- Support responsible AI practices, including risk, privacy, and governance requirements.
- Track AI program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in technology transformation, digital enablement, consulting, innovation, or program delivery.
- Proven experience establishing or scaling Centres of Excellence within AI, Data, Automation, or Digital functions.
- Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and emerging technology trends.
- Experience driving organisational change and technology adoption initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to develop business cases, prioritise opportunities, and influence decision-making.
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of governance, risk, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
