Agile Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to drive the successful adoption and embedding of modern ways of working across a complex technology environment. This role will lead the implementation of an agile, product and platform-focused operating model, ensuring that governance, delivery practices, prioritisation frameworks, performance reporting, capability development, and change initiatives are effectively integrated and sustained.
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, structure, and momentum to a large-scale transformation environment, working closely with executives, leadership teams, and delivery functions to establish practical, scalable, and sustainable ways of working that improve delivery outcomes and organisational capability.

Key Skills
  • Proven experience implementing Agile Operating Models within complex technology organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, SAFe, and product or platform-based delivery frameworks.
  • Experience establishing governance structures, prioritisation models, delivery frameworks, and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organisational transformation, capability uplift, and behavioural change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery and embedment of an enterprise-wide agile operating model and new ways of working.
  • Establish and manage integrated roadmaps, delivery governance, performance reporting, and prioritisation practices.
  • Drive alignment across leadership teams to ensure clear accountabilities, decision rights, and delivery rhythms.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder forums to resolve challenges, manage dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Monitor program risks, benefits realisation, change adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
