About the Business
Our client is a growing and highly regarded private wealth business seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support day-to-day business, client and project activities.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ administration experience, including candidates from wealth management, financial services, banking, professional services or similar corporate environments. Recent graduates and interns with relevant administration exposure are also encouraged to apply .

About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing administrative, client and operational support across the business
  • Coordinating meetings, calendars, stakeholder communications and follow-ups
  • Preparing documents, reports, presentations and meeting minutes
  • Maintaining accurate records, data and business documentation
  • Assisting with client/account administration, onboarding and compliance
  • Managing data entry and updating internal systems
  • Tracking actions, workflows, timelines and outstanding tasks
  • Supporting reporting, information gathering and process improvement
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Supporting projects and operational activities as required
  • Supporting and learning alongside experienced team members
About YouIdeally, you will have:
  • 1–2 years’ administration experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, professional services or a similar corporate environment
  • Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Netwealth, DASH, Xplan or similar financial services platforms is desirable but not essential.
