Sumi began her recruitment career in 2019 and has since built strong experience with a primary focus on Banking and Financial Services, alongside exposure to Federal Government, Retail, Telecommunications, and Utilities. She is known for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions and building trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.

Currently working as an Account Manager within Banking and Financial Services, Sumi partners closely with leading banks, superannuation funds, and financial institutions across Victoria. She specialises in supporting complex hiring requirements and is focused on providing a seamless recruitment experience while ensuring strong outcomes for all stakeholders.
