Martin Sharman is a respected recruitment and workforce solutions leader with a proven track record of building successful businesses, high-performing teams and long-term client partnerships. As the Director of NSW at Peoplebank and Leaders IT, Martin helps organisations solve complex talent challenges through tailored business solutions.

Before joining Leaders IT and Peoplebank, Martin founded and led The Network, a specialist IT recruitment firm focused on emerging technology markets. Under his leadership, the business grew from start-up to a successful acquisition in 2022 for $23 million, earning multiple industry awards including APSCo Specialist Agency of the Year, TIARA Specialist Recruitment Company of the Year, and Great Place to Work certification.

Martin has also held senior leadership roles with Green Light Australia and Gemteq Executive, where he drove significant business growth, led specialist recruitment teams and delivered technology workforce solutions across commercial, government, defence, telecommunications, and financial services sectors.
