Hayley Ferguson

Financial Services Sector Lead – VIC 

Hayley began her career in professional services in the UK, supporting prominent financial institutions including the Royal Bank of Scotland. She relocated to Australia in 2015, joining Peoplebank as an Account Manager before working with the Leaders IT brand in 2018, where she developed workforce solutions including the Capacity Uplift Program — an initiative designed to improve diversity in technology.

Over the past 11 years, Hayley has built deep expertise across Banking, Superannuation, and Insurance, partnering with some of Australia's most recognised financial services organisations to deliver tailored talent and workforce strategies.

Hayley is a passionate advocate for diversity in technology and the advancement of women in STEM. She volunteers with Women4STEM and served as Sponsorship Lead for the Go Girl, Go for IT Program in 2025.



In her current role as Sector Lead for Banking and Financial Services, Hayley leads a specialist team dedicated to understanding the evolving challenges facing financial services clients and delivering solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
