About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Senior Integration Engineer with strong Workday expertise and deep superannuation industry knowledge to design and deliver complex, compliant solutions within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and support integrations between Workday and internal/external systems.
- Deliver integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core & Cloud Connectors, APIs, and file-based integrations.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Maintain clear integration documentation and mappings.
- Support Agile delivery, testing, incident resolution, and BAU support.
- Ensure integrations meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience delivering Workday integrations.
- Deep understanding of Workday integration architecture and data models.
- Experience with HCM, Payroll and/or Finance modules.
- Exposure to iPaaS / PaaS integration technologies.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- Workday certifications (Integration, Studio, Data Conversion) highly regarded.
