Great designers know the difference between a screen that works and a product that feels right. This team obsesses over the second.

We’re partnering with a high-growth SaaS company whose platform is used by organisations operating in complex, high-risk environments. The product is widely adopted, the roadmap is ambitious, and design sits at the centre of how the platform continues to evolve.

They are now building a next-generation product at the intersection of computer vision, robotics, and AI/LLM technologies. This is true innovation, think mobile, agentic systems operating in real-world environments. Design will play a critical role in shaping how these complex capabilities translate into intuitive, usable experiences for enterprise customers.

You’ll report into a highly regarded Head of Design and act as the lead designer within a 15+ person engineering team, owning design end-to-end and being the voice of product and UX. It’s a collaborative, low-ego environment where engineers value designers who bring clarity, challenge thinking, and know when to lean in. You’ll be solving problems beyond the screen, designing for real-world environments and how users interact with intelligent systems in the field.

This role suits a true product designer who enjoys solving complex user problems while also caring deeply about visual craft. Someone who sweats the details, hierarchy, spacing, interaction patterns and takes pride in creating intuitive, high-quality digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

What you’ll bring
• Around 10+ years designing digital products
• A strong product mindset, with the ability to own and drive design decisions
• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX and high-quality UI execution
• Experience working across complex products or workflows, ideally in SaaS or enterprise environments
• Deep familiarity with Figma and modern product design workflows
• Experience contributing to or establishing design systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to influence engineers and stakeholders
• An understanding of how designs translate into development
• Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies such as AI, computer vision, or robotics

In the interview process, you’ll be asked to walk through a product you are most proud of, from problem through to final outcome with a focus on both product thinking and design craft.
Please include a link to your portfolio when applying. We’re particularly interested in designers who care deeply about visual craft and interface quality. Job reference #270034.
