We are seeking an experienced Training Facilitator to support a large‑scale service and digital modernisation program. Based in the Brisbane CBD, this role will involve regular travel across Queensland to deliver face‑to‑face training to frontline staff as part of a major telephony and service transformation initiative.

Reporting to the Training Lead, you will be responsible for delivering instructor‑led training, supporting post‑training activities, and providing on‑site Hypercare support to ensure staff are confident and capable using new systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging face‑to‑face instructor‑led training to staff across multiple locations
  • Tailor training delivery to suit diverse audiences and support staff through change
  • Quickly upskill on new systems (including a contact centre solution) and training materials
  • Capture participant feedback and assess training effectiveness
  • Report training outcomes, insights and improvement opportunities to the Training Lead

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience delivering in‑person training in a government or corporate environment
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt training materials
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and tools such as Articulate Suite
  • Experience in large transformation or ICT programs
