We are seeking a proactive, travel‑ready Training Facilitator to deliver face‑to‑face training across Queensland, supporting the rollout of a new contact‑centre telephony solution. This role will suit someone who is energetic, confident with change‑impacted audiences, and able to quickly build rapport with learners of all backgrounds.
About the Role Working closely with the Training Lead, Change team, Instructional Designers and Project Managers, you will play a key role in preparing frontline staff for a new Amazon Connect telephony platform. You will deliver high‑quality, instructor‑led training, provide post‑go‑live support, and ensure users feel confident and supported throughout the transition. This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role that requires statewide travel and the ability to deliver training in diverse regional settings.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience delivering face‑to‑face, instructor‑led training in corporate or government settings.
- Exposure to contact‑centre solutions (Amazon Connect preferred) OR the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Experience supporting change‑impacted teams and diverse learner groups.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout Queensland.
- Solid technology proficiency (Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, LMS familiarity).
- Experience with the Articulate Suite (desirable).
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (highly regarded).
