We are seeking a highly organised and technically capable Technical Project Coordinator to support a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation program.
This role plays a critical enabling function across the program, ensuring strong project coordination, governance, reporting, and PMO controls are delivered to a high standard.

About the Role You will provide hands-on coordination and PMO support across multiple SuccessFactors workstreams (Core HR, Payroll, Integrations, Testing, Change). A solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, delivery approach, and system dependencies is essential to effectively support technical and functional discussions, challenge assumptions, and ensure clarity across stakeholders.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project artefacts, governance processes, reporting, and controls are maintained in line with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & PMO Support
- Provide day-to-day coordination support across the SuccessFactors implementation
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action registers, milestones, and dependency tracking
- Support schedule management, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
- Ensure project artefacts remain current, accurate, and governance-aligned
- Prepare and maintain status reports, Steering Committee packs, and PMO documentation
- Support stage gates and governance reviews
- Track risks, issues, and decisions, ensuring timely escalation
- Ensure adherence to project governance, assurance, and compliance frameworks
- Coordinate across workstreams including Core HR, Payroll, Integrations, Testing, and Change
- Drive informed discussions using SuccessFactors knowledge to clarify impacts and dependencies
- Act as a conduit between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and PMO
- Track deliverables from systems integrators and internal teams
- Coordinate workshops, stand-ups, and program forums
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and action registers with clear accountability
- Support vendor engagement and delivery tracking
- Identify improvements to PMO processes, templates, and reporting
- Support consistent and structured ways of working across the program
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or PMO Analyst on complex IT or transformation programs
- Experience supporting HR systems implementations, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and PMO controls
- Ability to confidently engage in technical and functional discussions
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, Payroll, Integrations, Learning, etc.)
- Experience in regulated or asset-intensive industries (utilities, energy, infrastructure)
- Experience working within vendor-led or systems integrator delivery models
- Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint or similar PMO tools
