About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead (TDL) – Properties to lead the successful delivery of technology outcomes across property‑led initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring IT infrastructure and technology services are effectively planned, coordinated and deployed across physical sites, with minimal disruption to business operations.
The role acts as the key interface between Property, Project Managers, Infrastructure teams and external vendors, providing end‑to‑end accountability for technical delivery outcomes across new builds, refurbishments, relocations and site upgrades within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end technical delivery of property‑driven projects including new builds, refurbishments, relocations and site upgrades
- Own and manage the technology scope for property initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business outcomes
- Coordinate internal IT delivery teams and external vendors to meet agreed schedules, budgets and quality expectations
- Work closely with Project Managers and Property stakeholders to define technical requirements, dependencies, risks and delivery plans
- Plan and execute technology deployments in line with IT Change Management and deployment governance processes
- Provide clear and regular reporting on delivery progress, risks and issues, supporting mitigation activities
- Attend sites as required to support deployments, cutovers and issue resolution, including out‑of‑hours work where necessary
- Ensure continuity of delivery across critical property programs during periods of change or transition
You are a delivery‑focused professional with strong experience delivering technology in physical or property‑led environments. You are comfortable operating in complex, fast‑paced settings, balancing competing priorities and engaging effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Essential:
- Demonstrated experience delivering technology solutions in site‑based or property environments
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, cabling, hardware installations and site readiness
- Proven experience coordinating multi‑site rollouts and managing delivery dependencies
- Solid knowledge of IT Change Management and deployment governance
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working with Property, Facilities or Construction teams
- ITIL certification or strong service management knowledge
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
