We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst (PAM and IAM) to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, translating complex identity and access requirements into clear, actionable solutions that strengthen security and enable seamless user access. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering IAM/PAM capabilities—supporting secure, scalable identity lifecycle management across authentication, access governance, and privileged access within a modern enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for IAM, PAM, and IGA solutions in a Microsoft Azure environment
• Facilitate workshops with technical and business stakeholders to define identity and access management needs
• Analyse current-state and future-state identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) workflows
• Define and support IAM capabilities such as SSO, MFA, RBAC, user provisioning/deprovisioning, privileged access management, and access governance
• Support system integration documentation, assist with SIT/UAT testing, and translate complex technical requirements into clear, structured documentation

Key Requirements

5–7 years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst delivering Cybersecurity, IAM, and PAM projects
• Working with Technical Teams on Cybersecurity and IAM/PAM Implementations
• Proven experience supporting Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), IAM, PAM, MFA, SSO, implementations throughout the project lifecycle
• Strong working knowledge of Entra ID, Okta, One Identity Manager, Azure Cloud, and Active Directory and Microsoft Environment.
• Solid understanding of identity security protocols and standards, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
• Industry experience in government, higher education, and various enterprise environments is ideal
