An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Lead Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst to join a large digital transformation program focused on delivering a modern Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) capability.
This role acts as the analysis lead across multiple workstreams, bridging business needs and technical delivery to support secure, consistent customer identity experiences across a wide application landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and translate complex requirements into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Produce detailed system analysis artefacts including process flows, sequence diagrams, interaction models and integration specifications.
- Define authentication, authorisation and onboarding requirements, including role and delegation scenarios.
- Manage backlog quality, support sprint planning and ensure readiness across delivery squads.
- Partner with architects, engineers and testers to ensure solutions align with technical frameworks and program standards.
- Support testing, defect triage and validation to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose.
- Ensure all requirements consider security, privacy, auditability and other non-functional needs.
- 7+ years’ experience in a Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst role within complex digital or enterprise environments.
- Strong systems integration background, including REST/JSON APIs and data synchronisation patterns.
- Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT and MFA.
- Ability to interpret and work with technical artefacts such as architecture diagrams, logs and API contracts.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to drive clarity and support prioritisation.
- Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments using Jira and Confluence.
