Role Purpose
Description:
The purpose of this role is to perform business, systems, and technical analysis to support the implementation, enhancement, integration, and ongoing support of the Department's critical school administration systems, including CASES21 Admin & Finance, eCASES, Student Insight (Digital Enrolment, Digital 6 to 7 Placement, LOOKOUT, School Entrant Health Questionnaire), eduPay, Salesforce, eduMaster, Mirror, VSR, eduHub, and other complex business applications across the Division.
The role undertakes critical systems analysis and technical support across Salesforce, ETL processes, Mirror, eduMaster, VSR, eduHub, downstream integrations, and related platforms to ensure reliable data integration, system interoperability, and high-quality business outcomes. It also contributes to business analysis, implementation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activities within the School Systems Unit.
