We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a leading Banking & Financial Services organisation on a 6-month contract. Partnering with key stakeholders, you’ll deliver end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies to support both current and future talent needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles
- Deliver sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns (including specialist, graduate and volume hiring)
- Partner with hiring managers to prioritise hiring needs and drive outcomes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to workforce planning
- Provide a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience
- Use data and market insights to inform hiring decisions
- 3+ years’ Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
- Internal TA experience within a commercial or complex environment
- Experience supporting retail, customer-facing or high-volume recruitment (highly regarded)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Proven ability to deliver targeted sourcing campaigns
- Sound knowledge of recruitment best practice and processes
- Banking & Financial Services experience (preferred)
- Reputable organisation with a collaborative P&C team
