We are seeking an experienced Systems Implementation Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation of a new Point of Sale (POS) system across multiple retail locations in remote Western Australia.
This is a hands-on project leadership role responsible for the full system implementation lifecycle, from planning and design through to deployment, training, adoption, and ongoing operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new POS system across multiple retail sites, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, vendor relationships, and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and document operational procedures, workflows, and system processes to support business adoption and sustainable operations.
- Develop and deliver training programs, user guides, and ongoing support resources for non-technical end users and site teams.
- Provide post go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximise system utilisation and operational outcomes.
- Experience leading technology, business systems, or POS implementations from inception through to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, budgeting, risk management, vendor coordination, and multi-site delivery.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training, change management initiatives, and operational documentation for diverse user groups.
- Experience working with business systems, financial software, reporting tools, and spreadsheets, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across operational teams, technical specialists, vendors, and community stakeholders.
