An opportunity exists for an experienced Electrical or Systems Engineer to support a major government capability program. This role sits within a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering complex integrated electronic systems across land-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and integration of electrical and electronic systems
- Develop technical drawings and documentation (CAD)
- Assist with prototype builds, installation, and testing activities
- Contribute to verification & validation and engineering certification
- Prepare technical reports and support design reviews
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Degree-qualified in Electrical, Systems Engineering or similar
- 7+ years’ relevant experience
- Background in electrical systems, RF, or platform integration
- Strong understanding of engineering standards and compliance
- Current Baseline security clearance or ability to obtain
- Experience working in complex or regulated environments
- Exposure to communications systems or integrated platforms
- Experience supporting end-to-end engineering delivery
- Brisbane-based role (Pinkenba)
- Work on a high-impact, large-scale program
