We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Expert to support and configure large‑scale SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a strong focus on Learning module implementations and data migration.
Key Experience & Capabilities
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience supporting and configuring large‑scale SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Extensive experience in learning content and data migration from legacy Learning Management Systems
- High‑level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning data modules and structures
- Proven ability to map, migrate, document, and test data from multiple legacy systems
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning, including connectors
- Advanced skills in SQL querying, data manipulation, and ETL tools
