What you’ll do:
- Leading end-to-end procurement processes including the development and management of tenders, RFPs, RFQs and EOIs
- Drafting, negotiating and executing contracts in line with organisational policy and risk appetite
- Managing supplier relationships and driving performance across a portfolio of contracts
- Providing strategic sourcing advice and category management support to key business stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policy, governance frameworks and relevant legislation
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvement and value uplift across the supply base
- 6+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing or contract management
- Demonstrated experience writing and managing tenders and RFPs across a range of categories
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with a solid understanding of commercial risk
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and hold vendors accountable to performance standards
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — you're comfortable influencing at senior levels
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, professional procurement documentation
- A working knowledge of procurement frameworks, policies and governance requirements
