About the Role:
As a Sourcing Representative, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to optimize sourcing activities, improve operational efficiency, and deliver effective supply chain solutions. You will play a key role in supporting procurement and inventory management processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage sourcing costs to improve efficiency and deliver value.
- Identify and recommend improvements to sourcing processes and procedures.
- Oversee inventory administration to ensure product availability and continuity of supply.
- Optimize capacity utilization through effective planning and monitoring.
- Plan and forecast supply chain metrics to support business objectives.
- Monitor promotional allocation accuracy and alignment with business strategies.
- Strong expertise and demonstrated experience in sourcing.
- Experience operating at a specialist level within procurement, sourcing, or supply chain functions.
- Background in Mining industry
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- The ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions.
