As the selected candidate, you will:
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for one or two core solutions, maintaining deep knowledge of capabilities, use cases, and pricing.
- Translate technical features into clear value propositions that demonstrate client benefits and outcomes.
- Support pre-sales activities by engaging in client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Contribute to solution design, scoping, and the development of proposals.
- Drive solution adoption within new and existing client accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and removing barriers to ensure client success.
- Develop and enable go-to-market strategies, including creating playbooks, case studies, and solution collateral.
- Collaborate closely with Recruitment, Operations, and Leadership teams, as well as with marketing to align campaigns and thought leadership efforts.
- Provide market feedback to continuously refine offerings and improve positioning across industry verticals.
- Proven experience with complex workforce, technology, or professional services solutions.
- Background in pre-sales, solution design, or advisory roles.
- Strong expertise in one or more specialised solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of revenue and client value drivers.
- A credible, consultative approach as a subject-matter expert.
- Confidence in presenting and facilitating discussions.
- A collaborative and outcome-focused mindset.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Experience working across diverse industries and client types.
