About the Role We’re looking for a hands‑on Digital Front‑End Developer with strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience to support and evolve a large‑scale digital platform. This role focuses on customer‑facing web experiences, working closely with Digital, UX, and Technology teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and well‑governed solutions.
This is not a backend role — it’s ideal for someone who enjoys building and supporting rich digital experiences using AEM and modern front‑end technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and support Adobe AEM (6.x / 6.5) front‑end components using:
- HTL / Sightly, Touch UI
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- JSON, XML, jQuery and common JS frameworks
- Support and integrate with Adobe Analytics, Target, and Audience Manager.
- Contribute to campaign enablement (Adobe Campaign experience desirable).
- Partner closely with Digital Product Owners, UX Designers, and delivery teams to bring designs to life.
- Support BAU and project initiatives across dev, test, and production environments.
- Participate in DevOps‑driven delivery, including CI/CD, release planning, and Level 2/3 production support.
- Ensure solutions align with IT architecture, security, and SDLC standards.
- Strong experience as a Digital / Web / Front‑End Developer.
- Hands‑on AEM expertise (AEM 6.x, HTL/Sightly, Touch UI).
- Solid front‑end skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and modern web practices.
- Good understanding of AEM infrastructure (OSGi, JCR, Sling, Dispatcher).
- Experience working in Agile teams and DevOps environments.
- Confidence working at pace and collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Adobe Campaign experience.
- Exposure to personalisation and experimentation tools.
- Experience in a large or regulated environment.
