We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead to join a high-performing team driving large-scale enterprise transformation. This is a hands-on technical role where you will design, build and optimise ServiceNow solutions while guiding engineers and shaping best-practice delivery across the platform.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical ServiceNow expertise with strong leadership capability, stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for continuous improvement in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development and configuration of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM and CSM
• Deliver advanced ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide API
• Build and optimise workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations across enterprise systems
• Manage and enhance CMDB structures and data integrity
• Implement Automated Ticketing Exchange (ATE) capabilities
• Support CI/CD pipeline setup and automation (e.g. GitLab or similar tools)
• Act as technical mentor to engineers and provide hands-on guidance
• Champion Agile delivery practices and support continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
• 8+ years specialising in ServiceNow development and configuration
• Strong experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM and CSM
• Solid scripting capability (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub and API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Proven experience working with CMDB and enterprise data models
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (essential)
• ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (required)
• Telco experience desirable
