About the Role:
Our Global Consulting client is seeking experienced professionals for the following positions:
- ServiceNow Developer
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ServiceNow ITOM Event/Monitoring SME
Key Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Developer:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow architecture ensuring scalability and performance.
- Provide technical leadership and enforce governance standards.
- Design end-to-end solutions and mentor development teams.
- ServiceNow ITOM Event/Monitoring SME:
- Implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Event Management and Discovery.
- Integrate ITOM with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds).
- Optimize ITOM configurations and automate remediation workflows.
Essential Criteria
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, PowerShell).
Desirable
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and large-scale implementations.
- Additional certifications (TOGAF, ITIL).
