We are seeking an (NV1 Cleared) Service Management Analyst – Reporting Manager (Mid-Level) that will handle the IT service management reporting, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into service performance, risks, and improvement opportunities. The role connects IT teams, service providers, and business stakeholders while designing and automating dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track SLAs, KPIs, incidents, and operational metrics. It also drives reporting accuracy, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making, with ITIL knowledge and strong communication skills being highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
•  Develop and deliver scheduled service management reports to provide leadership with clear visibility of performance, risks, and trends.
•  Design, maintain, and automate Power BI dashboards covering SLAs, KPIs, incidents, changes, assets, and overall service health.
•  Ensure data accuracy and integrity by coordinating with IT teams, service providers, and tool owners while meeting the organizations and contractual requirements.
•  Drive continual improvement by analyzing performance data, identifying systemic issues, and recommending process enhancements.
•  Lead stakeholder engagement, reporting governance, documentation, audit support, and training to enable consistent, data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Experience
•  Proven Service Management Reporting Analyst related experience
•  Strong Power BI capability including experience designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports and more
•  High proficiency in ITSM processes and tools
•  Experience managing scheduled reporting cycles
•  Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
•  Government or Federal Government project experience is ideal

Due to security clearance requirement for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizen with Active NV1 Clearance or higher.
