As the Service Delivery Lead, you’ll play a central coordinating role working closely with the service desk, application, endpoint, infrastructure teams and vendor partners to ensure consistent IT services across the business.
This is a newly created, permanent position focused on uplifting service delivery capability with a privately owned utility company in Brisbane. In this role, you would lead a small team and work closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders.
This role is primarily Brisbane office based with regular travel to site (approximately 1–2 days per month) to support on-site engagement and operational alignment.
Required skills
- Demonstrated experience in IT Service Delivery and/or IT Operations
- Understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue/Requests, SLAs, RBAC)
- Proven experience coordinating service desk operations, incident management and escalations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills (able to work with both technical teams and business users)
- Microsoft 365-focused enterprise cloud and automation/AI exposure
- Endpoint management experience (Intune and SCCM)
- Solid infrastructure “all-rounder” knowledge (networks, servers, cloud, endpoints, applications)
