Join a large-scale enterprise transformation program within the Insurance sector, focused on delivering AI-driven and automation capabilities across complex operational environments.
We are looking for two Senior Technical Business Analysts to play a critical role in translating complex business problems into clear, actionable, and technically feasible requirements. Working at the intersection of business, technology, and governance, you will support the safe and scalable delivery of AI-enabled solutions.
This role sits across multiple agile squads and partners closely with stakeholders across business, engineering, architecture, data, and governance teams.
Key responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end business and technical analysis, translating complex problems into clear, testable requirements and AI-ready use cases
• Support delivery of AI and automation solutions (decisioning, intake, document processing, workflow automation) in collaboration with engineering, data, and architecture teams
• Ensure alignment with AI governance, risk, and compliance standards, including defining key non-functional requirements (e.g. explainability, auditability, monitoring)
• Analyse end-to-end data flows, identifying data quality, lineage, and integration considerations
• Drive delivery across the lifecycle, including backlog refinement, sprint support, UAT, and production issue resolution
About you
• Proven experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments, ideally within Insurance or Financial Services
• Previous experience supporting an AI or Automation project or data-driven solutions
• Strong ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders
• Experience working in agile delivery environments
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
