Duration: 12 Month Contract, strong potential to extend
Location: Richmond, Melbourne. 3 days in office/week. 2 days from home
Program: Major salesforce program. Using sales cloud, service cloud and community cloud
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting email campaigns, workflows, approval cycles, or auto-responders that generate excessive bounced mails.
- Examine time-based workflow and scheduled APEX queues to make sure there are no unexpected entries.
- Examine SFDC error and debug logs for any surprises. For any external application that synchronizes data with SFDC, look at its error logs to see if a new error pattern has developed.
- Look at the login history table to spot any user lockouts, excessive login errors, and unexpected IP addresses.
- Fulfilling other tasks assigned by the Customer Systems Manager
- Fluent understanding of cloud based technologies
- Core methodology of Test driven development and deployment process.
- Understanding of using ANT to retrieve and deploy metadata as needed.
Requirements
- 5 years + salesforce development experience with application support experience being a plus
- Understanding salesforce data structure as well data integrations between salesforce other AP systems
- Strong development skills in Lightning Experience, Lightning Components, Apex, Visual Force, Einstein and Analytics
- Fluent with GIT and continuous integration and delivery
- Dealing with SSO, two-factor authentication, and certificate problems.
