Location: Melbourne CBD. 2 - 3 days in office per day
Join a major utilities organisation and lead the delivery of a critical business and technology project through to November 2026. This role will see you working across senior business and technology stakeholders to drive project outcomes in a complex operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex business and technology projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Manage project governance, financial performance, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery while managing critical deadlines and dependencies.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate third-party vendors to achieve project objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and challenges.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Experience with IBM Maximo.
- Strong understanding of Asset Management systems, processes, and operational environments.
- Experience within utilities, energy, infrastructure, engineering, or related industries.
- Familiarity with operational technology and enterprise asset management programs.
