Location: Melbourne CBD, 2 days wfh/week
A large enterprise organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Application Integration to support a major and complex Technology Integration Program. This role will focus on coordinating and delivering multiple streams of application integration work within a highly regulated environment.
The role
- Project manage multiple streams of work as part of a broader Technology Integration Program
- Schedule and manage complex application integrations, identifying dependencies, risks and potential delivery impacts
- Identify and manage technology due diligence items across planning, design and delivery phases
- Lead the transition from Plan Phase to Execution, supporting the Technology Program Director / Program Manager
- Engage, influence and champion the integration program across key Technology stakeholders
- Provide leadership that promotes collaboration, teamwork and strong stakeholder relationships
- Manage technology integration risks and issues, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical and governance standards
- Ensure integration activities meet applicable regulatory requirements
- Work closely with internal and external program teams to ensure aligned and coordinated delivery
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience managing complex application integrations within large technology programs
- Strong capability managing a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience delivering technology projects within transformation, integration or separation programs
- Ability to manage complex issues, develop option papers and present clear recommendations to support decision‑making
- Experience working within regulated environments
- Preferable sector experience in Utilities, Industrial Services or Construction
