You will play a key role in providing end-to-end PeopleSoft support, contributing to solution design and delivery, and ensuring system stability and continuous improvement. The role requires strong hands-on experience across upgrades, testing, payroll support, and PeopleSoft configuration and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support across the full PeopleSoft technology stack
- Lead and support PUM and PeopleTools upgrades
- Develop and maintain PeopleCode and PeopleSoft configurations
- Convert pay practices and business requirements into PeopleSoft solutions
- Create, coordinate, and lead SIT and UAT testing, including defect management
- Support payroll processing, pay runs, and exception clearing
- Provide PeopleSoft reporting and user access management
- Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and system governance
- Support ITIL-aligned service management processes
- Work within Agile delivery environments
- Support and integrate clocking / time and attendance solutions
- Proven experience in a Senior PeopleSoft Analyst or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of PeopleSoft, including PeopleTools and PeopleCode
- Hands-on experience with upgrades, testing, and payroll-related support
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work across technical and business teams
